Reporting Latency Related Issue (NA Data Center)

Hello!
I'm having this problem since the emergency maint on EU servers which was like start of December.

ISP: Telemach
Country: Slovenija/ EU
Date/Time: 9am - 11pm (CET)
Frequency: Dc 0-4 times each 10 floors; 2-5 times each 20 floors. I get the error 90002 most of the times, sometimes 90001. Other internet activities are working normaly when I dc from the game.
Content: I mostly do Palace of the Dead it also happened few times when I was standing still or ported out of the PoD.
