    Please help

    Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) - MyRepublic (Singapore)
    Ticket or reference number from your ISP. - None. Service provider did a check and says that there is nothing wrong with the internet connection. I could watch Netflix with no issues.
    State/Country - Singapore
    Date/Time (When did the issue start happening, at what specific times does this issue arise, if any.) Since about 4 days ago
    Frequency (How often does the issue occur?) - All the time the last few days. I get disconnected trying to fish, fighting a mob, talking to retainer.
    Content (Which content were you playing in-game when the issue occurred?) Any content. See above response to 'frequency'
    Which in-game World were you playing on when the issue occurred? Excalibur

    Latency connectivity issues

    For the past 4 days have been experiencing poor connectivity with the NA data servers making playing unplayable disconnects every 2minutes in raid/dungeon and while out crafting in the world and latency showing as more than 2K and error 90002's. Now while I may suspect it could be a issue from my ISP's end due to extremely poor weather from flooding over weekend I am able to watch Netflix and the like without issues it seems to connecting to NA data servers that is causing grief.
