Ticket or reference number from your ISP. - None. Service provider did a check and says that there is nothing wrong with the internet connection. I could watch Netflix with no issues.

Frequency (How often does the issue occur?) - All the time the last few days. I get disconnected trying to fish, fighting a mob, talking to retainer.
