Date/Time (When did the issue start happening, at what specific times does this issue arise, if any.): Predominantly from 6-10pm Central (UTC-5). I posted previously on this problem around 1/26/16. It started to recur after this morning's maintenance (5/17/16).
Frequency (How often does the issue occur?): Every night so far.
Content (Which content were you playing in-game when the issue occurred?): Instances as well as open world content. I get roughly 9-10% packet loss.
