• Ticket or reference number from your ISP: I have no other issues with the other 9 MMOs I play so this is NOT on their end.
• State/Country: Indiana USA
• Date/Time (When did the issue start happening, at what specific times does this issue arise, if any.): Has happened intermittently since the patch in March 2016.
• Frequency (How often does the issue occur?): For the past week it has been happening multiple times per night. Sometimes I can play for a couple hours without a D/C and others I can get dropped 5 times in a hour.
• Content (Which content were you playing in-game when the issue occurred?): Any location - has happened at completely random places in the game. i.e. dungeons, trials, sitting in Foundation...

For the most part the game has ran fine since the day my wife and I started playing. However, since the last patch we've both been having issues with d/c's and lag spikes at all times of the day (she works 3rd shift, I work 1st shift).
