Date/Time: Lag spikes at 12.25 AM Atlantic Standard Time on March 12th, 2016; 90002 error from early February to now, between 6pm atlantic standard time and 8am. Neither problem occurs during the day.
Frequency: Lag spikes every few seconds straight for a few times a week; 90002 error every 10-20 minutes, between 6pm atlantic standard time and 8am. Neither problem occurs during the day.
