Reporting Latency Related Issue (NA Data Center)

As title says, my route to SE's server destination has changed. Or at least it seems to have changed. The New York hop never appeared before.

SE may manage to keep me as a customer after all. I hope others who have been experiencing this gawd awful lags over the past few months have also had it sorted out as well.

My hop before the Lv3 in Montreal used to time out *all the time* and now the problem seems to have gone away here as well.
