Absolutely agreed. Having dead silence from SE on this topic, tied to a lack of stuff to do until 3.2 comes out, really has me considering suspending my subscription. I don't want to spend what little time I can every day watching everything stutter and lock up.

Based on the chart/log after playing WTFast lost 0 packets the regular connection lost 309. That is the problem.
WTFast routes user around the trouble point(s), so it was a great bandaid fix until they removed the free service and require users pay now, which combined with the usual FFXIV monthly charge is more than I want to spend on an MMO.
