I don't think you guys fully understand that we are paying customers. We paid for the game. We paid for expansions. And we also pay for a monthly subscription. The game, as it is, is unplayable. I am currently paying for a service I cannot use.

I play another MMO that is routed through Level3 as well. I do not have these same issues. In fact, I have no lag or disconnect issues at all while playing that game. I only have problems playing FFXIV. This is an issue and it needs to be corrected.
