Seriously, can this be addressed, or even acknowledged? I pay for the internet every month, I pay for the game every month, I'm not going to have a 3rd monthly subscription to WTFast just so I can play what I'm already paying for simply because your IT people don't feel like digging into the problem or working with Comcast to sort it out. I have been subscribed since ARR launched, but lack of communication, which BTW is the same reason FFXIV 1.0 was destroyed by a giant fiery meteor and dragon; will be the one thing that makes me say "you know what, there are FTP games that are more interested and solving IT issues than this." And just make me walk away.
