Date/Time Issue began - Late December 2015.

Frequency (How often does the issue occur?) Every day from 6pm-11pm EST, game will stop in place for 3-10 seconds, then all data will come in and game will be in what can best be described as 'fast forward', which can happen in varying frequency from twice a minute to once every ten minute intervals. Also it may come and go during the day on weekends, but not as much.
