FL, USA. Although I have guildmates in CT, USA on Comcast and MN, USA on Cox Cable that are experiencing the same issues.

Started in late November. Seems worse during the peak times 8-11pm EST, although I have experienced the problem at all times of the day and night on every day of the week.

All content. In the main cities, out in the field while harvesting, in Idyllshire, in Void Ark, in any Duty Finder. It literally doesn't matter what I'm doing or where, I will experience huge lag spikes and dropped packets like crazy.

Note: I used WTFast for a while back before Christmas and that cleared up the lag for a while, however WTFast is no longer an option as they are no longer offering a free service and I refuse to pay a 3rd party to fix an issue with a game that I am already paying monthly for... on principle. So please figure out what you need to do to resolve the issue and if you have to move the servers to a USA based data center (in Texas like every other major MMO company maybe?) please do it.
