• Name of your Internet Service Provider - Comcast
• Ticket or reference number from your ISP. - This is the only game expressing issues, and I have monitoring setup to keep track of the quality of my connection in general
• State/Country - AL/USA
• Date/Time - 12/1/2015-12/30/2015 - pretty much every evening during prime time this month.
• Frequency - dropped packets or roundtrips > 1000ms petty constantly (approx every 10 pings/ 30seconds).
• Content - Everything: I notice lag during crafting, thordan, void ark, expressed as actions that don't go off and other characters standing still.
