Lagging out has become consistent and actually occurred during the day today (like around 10AM PST and now at 9PM PST). I've lagged out twice today. Interestingly enough, one of my FC mates in West Virginia also lagged out at the same time that i did.

Date/Time: Started around 6 PM EST on December 23th, 2015. Believed it was from people being on from the holidays. However, the problem is still hitting me hard.
Frequency: Every so often. Maybe 30 minutes-hour between the lag spikes. It varies, however. Everything freezes up for 5-10 seconds, then everything speeds forward.
Content: Happens in instance dungeons and the open world. There is no escape from the spikes at all. Being a healer and tanks doing big pulls, these spikes have an effect on me. It can mean between a wipe from mobs or not. It's frustrating.
