Date/Time: Seemed to have started getting extremely bad after the recent data center crashes a couple of days ago.
Frequency: Happens at random times all day long. Will be perfectly fine and stable for hours, then suddenly slideshow city, then goes back to normal.
Content: Primarily any dungeon, usually starts up within one and sometimes bleeds out into the open world afterwards.
