• Date/Time: November 26th, give or take. A bit noticeable early in the day, but much worse in the evening after 7/8 PM EST.
• Frequency: Pretty much daily since it started.
• Content: Everything. I am standing still in the Goblet and lagging, whether it be people running by or accessing Market Board and Retainers or Crafting, but I have also experienced it in dungeons, Diadem and trials/raids.
