Prior to this I never had a problem playing this game. I know it isn't necessarily your problem but anything you can do to put pressure on those last few hops would be great. It seems the issue is somewhere between hops 7, 8 and 9 typically. Most nights it starts right at 9pm EST on the dot so it makes me think there is something scheduled causing the issue on the network. Just a blind hunch.
