Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): Verizon
Ticket or reference number from your ISP: They insist it isn't on their part as "everyone else in your household would be having trouble"
State/Country: New Jersey, USA
Date/Time: Started about a month ago
Frequency: Usually around 3p and 9p EST; when it hit the problem lasted for a few hours.
Content: Because of the frequency I would never be able to start anything. I hear a lot of friends complaining about it in KOTR and Alex (S).
