Hop #10 seems to be dropping packets fairly often.
Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) Comcast
Ticket or reference number from your ISP: None. wouldn't give me one
State/Country: NJ, USA
Date/Time (When did the issue start happening, at what specific times does this issue arise, if any.) : February 1st 9-pm - 11:30 pm est (but lags been a issue in this game for a long time)
Frequency (How often does the issue occur?) constantly. game was unplayable
Content (Which content were you playing in-game when the issue occurred?) It was raid night. I was doing savage. Had to call raid night off. Too many were lagging
Which in-game World were you playing on when the issue occurred? Lamia
Please fix![]()

*Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) - Comcast/Xfinity
*Ticket or reference number from your ISP. - N/A - called them, they ran a test, all signs are showing it running in perfectly
*State/Country - Tennessee - US
*Date/Time (When did the issue start happening, at what specific times does this issue arise, if any.) Started towards the end of January. Had no issues prior. Seems to get really bad to the point of unplayable around 5pm CST. Have not tried logging in later to see when the issue eases up.
*Frequency (How often does the issue occur?) - Has been happening every night for the past week (January, 25th started the disconnects 90002) Late last year, early this year I noticed very little lag, if any, and never a 90002.
*Content (Which content were you playing in-game when the issue occurred?) - All content. Questing, killing, gathering, crafting, walking around, even standing still you can see the game freeze for a few seconds every now and then, then get the 90002
*Which in-game World were you playing on when the issue occurred? - Leviathan. I have tried other characters on other worlds, they all have the same issue (Sargatans, Diablo, Adamantoise)
As title says, my route to SE's server destination has changed. Or at least it seems to have changed. The New York hop never appeared before.

~Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): Time Warner/Road Runner
~Ticket or reference number from your ISP: TBD
~State/Country: Wisconsin, USA
~Date/Time (When did the issue start happening, at what specific times does this issue arise, if any.): While I've been having some lag issues for a few months now, the constant 90001s and -2s started around 4:30 pm Central on Feb. 2nd.
~Frequency (How often does the issue occur?): 10-30 minutes in between
~Content (Which content were you playing in-game when the issue occurred?): Idling, running around, questing, chatting. I haven't been kicked out of any dungeons yet, though I assume it's just because I've only been in two dungeons since this started.
~Which in-game World were you playing on when the issue occurred?: Balmung

Thank you!
This is getting completely ridiculous.... Haven't been able to actually play the game I'm paying for about half the time since I resubbed last month.

Date/Time Started about 3 weeks ago, happens at all hours intermitently.
Frequency (How often does the issue occur?) Has happened at all hours serverside. Had it happen during prime time server time, had it happen at 6am server time, there's no rhyme or reason to it, just suddenly packet loss that makes it impossible to play.
Content (Which content were you playing in-game when the issue occurred?): Idling, crafting, checking retainers, fate grinding, dungeons, chatting. Pretty much entire game experience is being ruined... Probably not resubbing at this point.
Server: Jenova
Traceroutes: Ran 3 back to back to back. The stuff isn't consistent at all whenever they show normal, it'll go from perfectly normal ping times to suddenly timing out or 300+ pings.

Edit: Using a VPN like WTFast or Mudfish isn't a valid solution. I'm paying a subscription fee already for this game I shouldn't need to sub to a third party service in order to actually PLAY the dang thing.

So are we going to get help and get this problem fix or are we gonna keep posting and waiting for an answer/solution that will never come? Since 3.2 been getting constant disconnects 90002,90001. It would start around 12pm-1pm EST. First disconnect would happen after a bit of lag. Then after that every login would disconnect again every minute without warning. This is getting really annoying as it seems no one is saying anything if this is going to get fix or if they are working on it. I saw on a previous post somewhere that another post like this existed and they simply closed it like it was solved when many said it wasn't. I feeling like quitting this game for good.
