    Lag every night around 7:00 PM EST till about 10:00PM EST. Makes the game completely unplayable.
    • ISP: Comcast.
    • Ticket #: None, they wont give me one.
    • State: PA.
    • Date/Time: The connection issues have been happening for a while now and it seems like nothing is being done, if anything it's even worse now. I replied to this thread in December of last year, the issues are still around.
    • Frequency: Every nights around 7PM lasting for 3 or more hours. (it has been almost 2 months now and no update on the matter)
    • Content: All Content. The game just craps out.

    I am not paying for a VPN service to bypass the Montreal Level3 server that's having SO MANY issues. That's simply not an option. Please investigate and contact Level3 and have them investigate it.

    A new day, and with it, brings new daily 7pm lags. Not sure how many pings, traceroutes, and complaints I can make. This problem is certainly not my fault and it's not going away.

    Regarding the OP, the issue is not the ISP...I posted this in another thread...

    found tonight the same issues, ran a WinMTR trace (think a Ping that goes continuously until you stop it manually). The main issue was not ping, that never went over an average of 50-60. The problem was double digit % of packet loss on the last 3 IP addresses after The final Level 3 node in Montreal. So imo, the issue is their CSP and perhaps Level 3.
    If I have zero packet loss until Montreal and what appears to be the Game's portal, the issue isn't my ISP. If necessary I can provide WinMTR logs to the proper person. Note I did indeed have latency spikes on Level 3 nodes omw to SE... spikes into the 200's but averages in the 50's and 60's. However I had packet loss when I hit SE's portal. Level 3 was the last 4 hops I had before reaching Hyperion. So again, contacting my ISP will not do much good.
