    Latency issues ever since server move, higher than EU servers

    • Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): VIVO (Telefônica Brasil, what was previously GVT)
    • Ticket or reference number from your ISP:N/A, they reported that everything was fine on their end (friends on a different ISP -NET Virtua- have reported that their route is better, but I cannot confirm especially since other people in the forums with said ISP are having the same problem)
    • State/Country: ES/Brazil
    • Date/Time: Started May 17, 2017 after the server move.
    • Frequency: Latency issues all the time. Latency used to be in the mid 100s (150-180) and now is consistently 300+, I get better pings to the EU servers which makes me believe that we're being routed through EU before going to the NA servers. Other friends and players reported the same issues.
    • Content: Impacts all activities, Dungeons, casually walking around, Trials, Raids, everything.

    The connectivity issues were with my ISP. Contacting Comcast with the TRACERT info, they moved me over to a less congested channel and resolved the latency problems I encountered.

    I play on Exodus from Finland, used to have a solid, stable connection of 135ms, which was fine... But now I'm dealing with over 200-400 fluctuating latency, which is just unacceptable.

    I really hope SE is either going to try and do something about it, or at least compensate the players they screwed over.

    - Latency before migration (notice the jump directly to US, good.)
    - Latency post migration (notice the 3 jumps that Telefónica makes on Spain/Netherlands)
    - I have to get out of aoes 1 second before it triggers. I can barely use 1 ability between my weaponskills. I can barely do my opener. I can't catch up with tank pulls. Damage numbers comes with 0.5seconds delay avg. Sometimes using 1 ability clips with weaponskill. I don't wanna leave this game.

    Can you please make an official thread regarding the issue with South America and the tracing some ISPs like Telefónica are making through Europe, and adding to a total of 300ms latency? Or at least, can you make a similar thread like this for our region? Thank you.

    While the move of the servers has decreased my ping....
    I am experiencing severe packet loss in the evening.
    It doesn't matter how I change the route, the path always leads through this IP address(204.2.229.234) and it's constantly reporting packet loss.
    I think it's the new server itself.
    The strange thing is I don't see anyone else reporting this issue.
