At what point does this become unacceptable network quality, SE? Either your ISP or their direct backbone is clearly not up to handling your traffic, especially with how sensitive the game is to latency and lost packets.

This seriously needs to get resolved. I know some people continually blame Level3, but if that's indeed the problem, SE needs to relocate their servers out of Canada. I have never experienced an online game with these performance issues before, excepting FFXIV (and, occasionally, FFXI, which had servers located in Japan). We're paying for this service, SE. Whatever you're doing that's causing FFXIV to not function like every other title out there needs to be fixed.

I'm probably just going to let my sub run out. I currently have upwards of 20 games on my PS4, at least half of which are Online-Play capable. FFXIV is the ONLY ONE that gives me any kind of latency issue. I played Ghost Recon Wildlands for upwards of 5 hours the other day with not a single hiccup. I have also played Elder Scrolls Online, The Division, Warframe, and Neverwinter, and not one of them gives me any latency and freezing issues like this game does.

My last hope is that maybe I can get transferred BACK to Brynhildr, as I've only ever had this issue since I moved to Leviathan. who would I need to talk to about this?

I would appreciate a response soon, as the latency issues are now significantly affecting my ability to participate in simple content. I often can't dodge AoE attacks, abilities and weaponskills are not landing, unable to heal others.

EDIT 03/11/2017: After the initial post, I stopped playing for a couple of days to let my frustration with this game die down and see if the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately I am still experiencing latency spikes which are greatly affecting my ability to play. Based on my own and the below Texas player's experience, its quite clear its the Level3 servers at 4.59.178.74 that is having issues. An update on the steps you are taking to resolve this would be greatly appreciated SE.
