    Ticket or reference number from your ISP: N/A. Called them earlier today and said everything is working fine on their end. I have no hiccups on other websites/games I've played.
    State/Country: PA, USA
    Date/Time: Started around 6 PM EST on December 23th, 2015. Believed it was from people being on from the holidays. However, the problem is still hitting me hard.
    Frequency: Every so often. Maybe 30 minutes-hour between the lag spikes. It varies, however. Everything freezes up for 5-10 seconds, then everything speeds forward.
    Content: Happens in instance dungeons and the open world. There is no escape from the spikes at all. Being a healer and tanks doing big pulls, these spikes have an effect on me. It can mean between a wipe from mobs or not. It's frustrating.

    Date/Time - 12/1/15 - I thought it was holiday traffic but it was happening all the time all day.
    Frequency - Dungeons,Raids,Trials,PVP. It's worse between 6pm PST -12AM PST.
    Content - Dungeons,Raids, Trials, I refuse to do any Savage content or Thrordan's Reign because I can't trust the lag spikes not to wreck me and my party. It's making me a horrible healer.

    NOTE: My husband plays on the same server with the same connection and he rarely (as in only once since we came back to the game) has lagged. He has not been disconnected. If this was an ISP problem, why does it only affect me?

    Give me an IP address and I'll give you a traceroute. This is kind of important information to have left out of this post. I'm not going to do a ton of searches on the forums to find information that should be in the main post of the thread.

    You can find an ip address to ping by the following methods

    A: Resource Monitor (built into windows pcs search for it in start it looks like a speedometer)
    >>Go to the network tab check the box next to FFXIV and in the TCP and Network activity sections you will see the ip address of the server you are connecting to

    B: used the command "Netstat -b" in command prompt to list the ip of all active connections and the program assosiated to them look for FFXIV

    C: review other posts.

    Date/Time: It started happening at 11:38pm NZDT on 15/01/2016. Before that, had no issues of a disconnect or any server queuing. Though I have experienced some lag during dungeon runs when too much on the screen happens all at once.
    Frequency: It only happen just recently but the lag spikes are an issue in the dungeons when there is too much on the screen at one time.
    Content: I lost connection while doing a Clan Mark hunt in Churning Mists which is a general activity. Couldn't reconnect after several times. Only able to log in at 2am NZDT on 16/01/2016.

    NB: I've also checked my connection speed via speedtest.net & I have no issues whatsoever with my internet connection, shown below.
