PS4 - Two Accounts - Code linked to wrong account

Here is the scoop. Wife and I have been playing for some time on PC. We recently got a PS4. Wife purchased her PS4 copy of XIV and got it all set up, no issues. We just bought my copy of XIV and went to do the same process. Went into the PS Store to add the code for the new copy of the game, loaded up XIV and discovered that we could not change the SE account from her account to mine.

Did some research and discovered that SE's instructions are as clear as mud and that we should have created a new PSN account and linked the code to that account. (Seriously, why do they make this so freaking complicated?!?!) However that code has already been linked to the PSN account that has her info.

So how do we remove the code off her account and move it to mine?

Unfortunately, the PSN name is linked to the SE account so it's not possible to have two SE accounts on one PSN name.

You can always poke SE support to see if there's anything you can do for your situation.
