Constant lag and server connection loss

Ever since the "4 free login days" have started I have been having major lag spike where everything will stop working but everyone else around me can move and attack things, then it will result in for the server to crash over and over again.

I know it is not a problem with my connection as i can play anything else on my ps4 and laptop.
Please get the problem fixed, as i am not the only one in Sargatanas who is experiencing the same problem..

internet traffic is likely bogging down along the route your ISP has assigned you to the server. As has been discussed continuously in a dozen or more threads about the lag, need to be complaining to your ISP's tier3 support team about it. They are the ones with the resources to do a proper investigation on the matter, as well as filing for any escalation to address it.
