i went back to the software and clicked text block... wrote the above spell into it... and bound it to a g key... nothing again

YOU CANNOT DO THAT.

Each character is a separate key press so is therefore bannable.

A game macro is not the same thing as a keyboard macro.

Game macros only allow you to do one thing at a time and a keyboard macro yo\u cando multiple presses and sue timers that are considered automated gameplay.

I was able to get it to work using a three line text block. The first and last lines are just an "Enter/Return" key press.

I used //action instead of /action because for some reason it doesn't register the first character after the "/".
