Can you please add a 'Yes or No' prompt for sorting your inventories?

As someone who sorts their Inventory/Retainer Inventories manually it's extremely annoying when I accidentally hit the 'Sort' button . I don't know how or why I hit it accidentally, it just happens occasionally and it's incredibly frustrating. I can't be the only one that does this from time to time.

I am not in favour of this, we spend too much time on too many menus already with confirmation boxes.
Grand Company turn ins (thank god this was removed)
Still present in Melding, Desynthesis, etc....

Since, you sort manually, what sort criteria are you using? Having a new sorting algorithm, which we could select would be a better way to handle the issue and save you time while not impacting everyone else with an additional prompt.

How are you sorting your Retainers and could you just use /itemsort ?

/itemsort (or /isort) was introduced in 2.1, here are the notes http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...7af43f3c43828a

Some people came up with some nice macros on REddit:

Well, as someone who manually sorts her inventories... I am book marking this topic because I didn't know about the /isort method.
