To me, bis doesn't exist since content requires tanks to switch between str builds and vit builds.
Also, bis is typically only for tackling the highest tier content available. Just grab all str accessories from Alexander NM and grab the ardent fending accessories (or vice versa, it honestly doesn't matter).
Look at what makes you comfortable and then let your accessories and left side reflect /your/ play style.
