Sorry if I offended you, it was not what I wanted. It's just that it seems very logical to me that SkS/SpS don't reduce the CD of abilities, otherwise it would be like the best thing for tanks since it would reduce every single defensive CD, including HG, LD, Sentinel and super heavy CDs like that, on top of reducing every offensive CD like Berserk, Carve & Spit, FoF etc... And about reducing DA's CD, it's already like it has no CD since it's 5sec for a 10sec duration. You can DA for example before you Hard Slash, then right after you Souleater (which is then buffed by DA), hit DA a second time then Carve & Spit, or shit like that. So even if it was possible, we absolutely wouldn't need to reduce DA's CD.
