SCH in PvP Wolves Den syched i80

Hi everyone! If this belongs better in the PvP subthread, I can repost there, but I thought maybe the healer forum would be more active since PvP is kind of niche in this game.

That said, I was going to try to participate in Friday Night Fights for Primal DC today, but because of the queue times and only having subscribed recently, I have never been able to play PvP before. I can't seem to find a good informational article for the Wolves Den from a SCH point of view, and I'm having even less luck finding formation for the i80 synch verson. Having exactly 0 PvP experience, it's a bit overwhelming, I was kinda hoping to get some questions answered.

I am currently SCH 52 with full poetics left side and HW i114 healing accs

    1. What gear should I be wearing? I think morale doesn't do anything in the synch i80, is that true? Should I be wearing VIT or SS instead of MND accessories? Is melding necessary?
    2. What is the best way to keep everyone on my team alive? Any strategies or priorites? Any helpful macros to prevent me from fat-fingering critical stuff?
    3. Which faerie should I be using? I need to be mirco-managing her but which skills should I use in what situations if I get cc'd? Also, should I place her somewhere or keep her with me?
    4. Oh, gawd, anything in the way of general advice. Please. I'm so scared but I wanna try it. >.<

Since no one responded yet, not too familiar with Wolves' Den but taking what I know from Frontlines and a few WD matches:

1: Vitality gear seems to be favored. A good team will get you down regardless of vitality gear or not, but having the extra padding helps turning things in your favor (by surviving what they think would be a KO), especially as a scholar where the fairy will do most of your healing while you kite. As far as I know, materia bonusses don't count either so don't worry about that (anyone go ahead and correct me if I'm wrong).

2: Keep yourself alive first and foremost. You have Swiftcast-Resurrection and Divine Breath in case someone does go down, and chances are unless you team with people that have a lot of CC (BLM, SMN) you'll be doing most of the surviving on your own.

3: They are both okay. Selene is stronger on deciding a kill and microing her silence does as well. Also consider her dispel against Sleep users. Eos is very defensive if you feel you will get zerged down, need to survive and outlast the opponent (say, they don't have a MCH/BRD while you do and just stall as long as possible for LB + zerg or oom).

4: Blizzard 2 is your friend for self peel. Surecast is a very good crossclass (as opposed to PvE). Stoneskin has some uses (especially since it lasts longer than Galvanize). Since you have Ruin 2 in case you want to spam an instant spell and prevent an unshielded enemy from casting, I'd use Surecast/Swiftcast/Bliz2/SS/Protect as your crossclasses (Bliz2/Swift/Protect/Surecast as musts).
Keep an eye out on your limit break bar, especially when it is (almost) filled. Since the opponent will also have LB and your KO = very likely loss, get ready to use Atunement should they go for it. If they try to CC you so you can't mitigate the hit, use Purify ASAP.

Another note on Purify: it targets just like Leeches does. You can remove all debuffs from not only yourself, but also an ally. If one of your buddies gets mad at you for not having Purify for something, yell at them to use theirs on you.

Think that's plenty from me to absorb, there's a lot more to it.
