    Wolf Of Den 1 vs 1 queue?¿

Why there no are a 1 vs 1 queue? i know some class have mor adventage over other but, is really fun or not? perhaps probably will be a insta queue and could be with limit time, and if nobody dies at the figt, who had deal more damage wins the match. kinda like Lineage 2 olympiad

you basically answered this yourself, although i see no reason why it shouldnt be added as something you can do out in non-city areas, no need to put it in DF

I don't think the classes are really balanced or that this game is really suited for 1v1...

Battle start, gates open: SMN + NIN walks out, 10< seconds later, SMN wins.

always in all games some classes have more adventage over other, but at the same class, the class with less adventage, have a better than other and is a roullete, the point is to be fun
Or just the pvp could be 1 vs 1 with the same class

Imagine you're out doing a quest or w/e, and you get a popup challenge of some random person challenging you to a duel (think trade request). Now imagine that happening ten times an hour while you are trying to do something else.

The Den is the perfect place for something like that, not the open world in general.

Imagine there being a setting that automatically ignores requests which you can turn on and off at your discretion

The open world is perfect with that option, instead of having to fart about with duty finder and then a 30+ second wait in den for a 1v1 before the gates open

There's already one for trades, it's called /busy. They haven't made an attempt to separate blocking tells, trades, party invites, and friend requests yet, so I don't see them doing it for duel requests.

sounds like /busy would accomplish the same goal, assuming that SE wouldn't do it any other way, still works out better than duty finder

And none of those things are a type of content that more than half the users of the game don't religiously participate in. PvP, dueling in particular, is. Apples and oranges. They could very well make an "Ignore Duel Requests" tickbox without clashing with their previous design decisions.

The bottom line is that dueling would add a lot of additional, flexible PvP content to this game, just as the same feature has done in nearly every other modern MMORPG. It's considered one of those basic features that people would expect in an MMORPG when they first join it. This game is sorely lacking it.

Yes, except that if someone walks up to me and sees this feature on, or sees that they can't duel me, it opens me up to being harassed, called various names for not being open for a duel or declining, being emoted at, having spells cast at me, or my mobs stolen from me if I'm farming or questing.

Someone else said this is in nearly every other MMO out there... go play THAT ONE if you want PVP outside instances so badly. Sheesh.
