A bit off topic, but do you have a source for this? I don't remember him saying anything other than it's up to the player reception and popularity of the quests to decide if they'll bring Hildibrand back in Heavensward.

It was said in a Live Letter for Heavensward. I remember this cause me and some static friends were cheering about it. I dont have a link though cause I basically just watch them then never go back so no clue where the info would be.

I'm pretty sure that's incorrect--he may have been referring to a specific patch (likely 3.0 itself or something) in the Live Letter, because we have this from Camate:

I could swear he said we might see more Hildibrand in the future as so many people where asking for him. I for one love the Hildi quests. They are always so damn entertaining ^.^
OT: Relic weapon wise, I believe we've at least seen what the 3 new classes' weapons look like.

He said they wouldn't do more unless they could commit enough time to guarantee a suitable level of quality, Hildibrand being more than just your average questline. Given they've had some time since 3.0's launch it's not to far fetched to think they've had that time. I, for one, would love to see what they've come up with.

Im fine if they make more just dont make me have to do it to have Trial Roulette. Sure some people liked it. Personally (and this is my opinion) I could not stand it and couldnt get through it quick enough. He said they wouldn't do more unless they could commit enough time to guarantee a suitable level of quality, Hildibrand being more than just your average questline.
