just wondering, to start the relics, we gonna need something to start with right ?

I think you start with a rusty weapon found in the wilderness (I'm sure Rowena have some books about legendary weapons in her collection to sell for 2k law tomes or know where to find those books) or with a Zeta weapon (skipping the "find and polish the rusty weapon" part)
