Interested in possible FC merge or LS alliance

Our FC is interested in a possible merge or if both sides have too much invested in housing & airships an alliance for content via a LS & shared website.

We are a very lax group who mostly have been around since 1.0 launch. A large portion of our members haven't been on for quite a while now. I've been posting threads, shouting in game & using Party Finder to try and build our members back up, but haven't had much luck.

Anyway, we are starting to think an alliance or merge could be an answer. Most of us haven't been in statics since the original Coils. Some are interested in starting statics for new and old content, others aren't worried about endgame & just want more people to hang out with and have fun.

Let me know if anyone is interested in something like this. We can discuss in game or via voice chat & go from there!

To be more specific, are you guys looking to merge your FC with another FC (take the merging FC's name) or have another FC merge with you (merging FC takes your FC name)?

I don't think the name is much of an issue with anyone. If we were to merge into someone else's FC, access to airships, gardens, banks, buffs & decorating would be the biggest concern. We let everyone do it all over here and I think if I was going to pitch a merge to them and it involved losing access or having to get permission to do stuff it would be a deal breaker. We have no rules with the exception of you'll get the boot if you cause drama or are a jerk and can't get along with people. We don't even have a FC "Master", lol. (The title is held by an alt)

That's where the whole LS/shared website could come into play. If the two sides didn't want to give up their way of life or things they built, we could tie the knot, but "sleep in separate beds". . That would probably be a safe way to start a move like this anyway I guess. Find out if it's a good fit first & then iron out the real details later after everyone knows each other and is comfortable with what's going on?

Ideally, we would like to welcome another small group like ourselves into our FC (obviously every FC looking to do this would want the others to join them instead of join theirs). We own a medium house and a small house that is right across the street. I think we have the max number of airships on the medium house. Nobody spends too much time on their alts with the small one though, so it currently just has gardens.

We also understand if someone has a mansion already that they wouldn't want to downgrade to our stuff, lol. If you're interested in talking about this, send me a tell in game. I play during the evening (NA) on weekdays & pretty much all day on the weekends.

I would like to talk to you more about the LS idea. We (FENRISLFR aka Canis) are a similar position, fully developed house, 4 airships, and not a lot of active members. While a merger would not work for obvious reason, a ls shell would be of interest for sure.

I think this was taken before there was even a max level player on the server! I don't know why I kept this pic after all these years.
