Lobby Server possible technical difficulties?

Has anyone been experiencing logging in difficulties after the recent hot fixes? Inorder to login to game... I have to make many attempts 10-20 times... many times the user id and password input box don't even appear.
After i get pass the launcher and into the game main menu at times when I press the start button I will encounter an error 2002. When I finally get pass charactor selection screen... and started loading into the game at times I get an error 10105.
But if I managed to get past all of that and in the game itself, I have no lag issues or latency issues game run smoothly. Its only the login in part.
Are anyone of you facing this problem? On ps4 btw.

PSN has been getting a lot of complaints for login difficulties... like 2/3 of them last night. Could be in play with how dependent XIV is on PSN for the consoles.

Otherwise, could be more of the same routing instabilities we've been wrangling with for years. Think it was Catwho that posted about a major circuit going down the other night. Several of the usual hotbeds for congestion have also been acting up since we hit the pre-Black Friday time frame. Unfortunately, some of those are key corridors for getting into Toronto/Montreal.
