We're a serious and fun group looking to rebuild our static and get back to tackling endgame content. A number of our members went on vacation and have since been burned out and left on other pursuits.

We are in need of a WHM/AST or a PLD/DRK! Qualifications include:

• Serious attitude towards clearing hard content
• Prioritize doing what will help your fellow FC members
• Skilled and proficient at your job(s) (and continuing to self-improve)
• At least i190 for what you consider your "main", and prioritize gearing your job(s) to help with progression
• Willing to join FC and use VOIP with a microphone (communication is paramount)
• Use of a chat/messaging system for keeping members in touch out of game (we currently use LINE chat)
• Fast learner
• Open-mind towards criticism and advice (give and receive)
• Constantly striving to self-improve and be the best
• Experience in Alexander Savage a bonus, but we're willing to teach newer players (we have considerable experience farming A1S-A2S and were on final phase progression for A3S)

Rank 8 FC Amenities:

• 4 Rank 50 Airships
• High level gatherers/crafters
• Medium House
• Aetherial Wheel and plenty of FC buffs

FC Priorities:

• Raids, current and future ones (normal + savage)
• Other EX content (currently Thordan EX)
• Diadem
• Fun Times

Schedule:

• Flexible days of the week, we generally plan based on our member's availabilities, usually take Friday-Sunday off.
• 7-10pm PST / 10-1am EST most days

~100% attendance is required, although we respect that RL happens and we understand when a tardy or absence happens, but we also want a message to the rest of the group if you cannot make it or will be late. Communication is important..
