i think you would have reinstall with the disc or buy it from psn store and reinstall from there. or i know few ps4 user myself included had an issue where we had to go setting> network/account management> restore licenses to get the HW to work. um on ps3 account management > transaction management> i would check transaction history and download list and services list to see if it ever installed.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I'll try seeing about finding it in the settings on my system. I went ahead and put in an order for a replacement disc drive to fix my busted one just in case I really do need the disc. Hopefully things will be in working order soon. Again, thank you guys for replying! I got nowhere with customer support and google results brought up nothing useful.
