[Cerberus] I want to MAKE a static

By making I mean starting from the very beginning.

I'm looking for people who are: patient, punctual, a bit selfless, willing to learn, able to focus for 2h, communicative and can use VoIP.

I do NOT require: experience, item level or even class level.

It is because things from 2nd list are really easy to obtain compared to 1st list...

Reason is simple. I'm fed up with statics acting as extended PF, people leaving if something doesn't go well. Finding good static member can take enough time to train one and I'd rather pick the second option. I'll gladly teach everyone from lvl1, redo trials EX, synced or unsynced to teach universal mechanics, go back through Alex normal and "waste" whole month to make sure everyone is on decent ilvl, as long as I stay with same people each week.

I'm looking for beginners who would like to get rid of random party members or experienced players who share my point of view.
