While I dislike the WM change... I feel SE should either make us do one play style the entire time, not switching back and forth. If that means keeping WM.. I'm much more able to adapt to that.

Although off topic to this thread. Im so happy other BRDs agree. When they added WM in and we did less damage it was bad enough. Now I hate WM not because of the dmg or anything (I quite understand that BRD does less dmg because of support etc) but it mad sense in 2.x we were the only class that could move around and do dmg. Now we have annoying cast times that made the most mobile class into a wanna be caster. Really hope in 4.0 or sooner that we "learn" or something a better way and gets rid of cast times for good, anyway rant over haha.

Not me, SE made Bards function the same way they did in XI (Ranger). BRDs had too many positives and not enough negatives.

I think they were perfectly balanced in 2.x they had ranged and no cast times at the cost of doing less damage. Then they could also help out the party with the penalty of further reducing damage. Plus BRD then was great fun, cant stand playing it now. As well of the top off my head they had specific purpose in raids such as T7 (kite the trolls). Although now raids are just boring DPS checks with no fun so eh.
