Any reason that you have to pay for it instead of taking advantage of the new Undersized party feature in Heavensward and making it an insanely low drop rate from Castrum Meridianum's Livia Sas Junius? (I'm talking like 1%-5%)

Maybe give us something to farm while waiting for resets, either on our own or with parties, AND an optional recolor mogshop mount? (not having the white in mogshop and having a red and a different color in the shop)


Edit: Some people think that i made this to complain about it cause i want the mount and i dont want to shell out the $12 to buy one. Ive already got the iconic black one from ff6 so i dont care about any of the other color reskins, but what i do care about is game longevity.

I completely agree with the OP. They could be using these things to improve the quality of the game while still making money with optional items. As the OP said, implement one in game, one on the Mog Station. Everyone's happy.

Some have said that people would abuse DF to farm the mount. While i am not saying that isnt true...(i know people would, sadly) look at the primal pony situation, or the TT card situation. It isnt on the same level as CM, but the point is more of: DF gets abused for everything now a days, but compare it to how many either undersize it or PF it instead. why would you use DF and hassle new players to farm for it versus setting up a PF with people that are 60 and know the place inside out?

dunno if you could really "farm it" unless you do guildhest farming. but its more of just a time sink, play the game normally and you will get it eventually,

An overhaul is probably too much to hope for at this point.

Instanced housing addition? Yes please. More wards? Yes please. Both those things cost money to develop, though.
