Most "gay" dialogue in FFXIV, alas, falls into the "girl-on-girl is hot" variety of fetishized lesbianism and tends to occur only when female NPCs would be hitting on the PC regardless of sex. Aside from Haurchefant's general flamboyance, the only male NPC to hit on the PC that I can recall off the top of my head (only play a guy, so this is just from what I've heard) is Thancred, and in those rare instances he has different lines with male PCs. No bi guys here.
