    Hmmm... The Echo was stated in patch 3.1 to be different for everyone who has it. We might see other uses for the Echo later, e.g Krile said she had the ability to commune with animals if I remember right. Seeing as the Echo is a gift from Hydaelyn and possibly the Crystal of Dark, I'm not sure about the Echo being directly tied to Psychic would be the best path. It would depend heavily on how lore expands in the future. But, I could see Psychic as a way for the Garleans/Allagans to imitate some of the Echo's capabilities.

    In a sense we're already sort of using the Echo offensively in the game, at least in my headcanon, as we see where attacks are going to land before they happen and can counter them.

    Very much appreciated!

    - I'm not really sure what would make sense to scale damage to. Most sensible would probably be INT though, based on the flavour of the job.

    - Telekinesis: I want to clarify that it binds enemy, not self. Intention was for it to be combined with Blink (former Teleport). Ranged attacks could be fired too before teleporting for close-combat. (Edit: But now that I think about it, the Bind could be negated with Excellence.)

    - Mass Hypnosis: Moved to traits as you proposed, probably for the best as it would unnecessarily take an ability slot.

    - Overwrite: Changed it so only a certain % gets transferred. The intention was to do something similar but different to the Ninja smokebomb. Maybe change name to Mind Haze? Sadly there will always be trolls who take enmity from tanks, with or without an ability.

    - Telepathy I-II: Changed text to clarify the intention.

    - Teleport: Hadn't thought of that. Thanks! Changed to Blink for now. The intention was to be able to combine Blink with Telekinesis.

    - Placebo: Removed restoration.

    - Heavy guard: I'm conflicted on this ability myself :/
    Moving it to PVP. I'll strike it out for now.

    - Nightmare: Oops! Changed it. Thank you

    - Maser Eye III: Could also make Psychic Bomb obsolete, depending on which would come first.

    - Aura: Added. I'll leave it strikethrough for now. Not sure about it :/

    Not at all!

    Honestly, there are so many paths/abilities a Psychic job could do between physical and magick, Psychic could be imagined to do anything. Listing all the combinations would be difficult. (Somehow, I imagine a boss battle against a trio of Tank PSY with massive barrier and telekinesis, a pure Caster Support/Heal PSY, and pure physical enhancement PSY would make a great boss battle to fight.)

    The abilities listed could be used on a designated tank for extra support and additional dps output, not just for Psychic-tanking. Glad you like my proposal

    Psychic may be a good way to actually test skill tree viability when it comes to switching around roles. Though I can only see it really fitting as a ranged dps with a focus on battlefield control.

    It could also bring a lot of headache to the developers, and bring problems when queueing with duty- or party-finder. Best approach in that case is probably to have only some abilities available on each type of stance... maybe.

    This is true, and making a controller job was my intention behind this proposal. What I'm not sure about is how to do the job completely ranged. Any proposals there would be appreciated.
