I'm gonna have to agree that was a pretty lame dev response. Even if OP didn't post in the right area, you would think the dev could have added a simple yes or no in his/her comment.

I'm interested to see whether this gets any response at all if posted in the correct area.

I also agree that instancing every single dungeon is totally lame.
