I've still not gotten 1 piece of the 170. Just feels like a waste since the 180s are better without Tier V's (and screw goblin lottery...)

So how did you dye your saw ? ;p mine cant be dyed apearently, also my crp always wears the saw on the side and never on the back like yours ( and it clips like hell on the side, i dont like it)

I assume it's glamoured as the Lucis tool that has similar appearance and can be dyed.

Not really, accessories asides, only MH OH and body can’t be capped with tier 4.
And those can be melded to comparable i180 status with tier 4 along.
The rest don’t even need to be full t4 to reach thecap, and better than their 180 counter parts everyway once fully melded
Not to mention with full 180, you are missing 16cp (MH, OH, legs and feet) you could have from 170.
