    i have a issue with my cross hotbar

    when i press anything on my 2nd set it will immeadiately switch back to the first set anyway i can fix this?

    In your character configuration there is a setting on what hotbars are locked. It's the very last tab at the very bottom... although I cant recall from memory what heading its under. its in character configuration for sure.
