I'm wondering if someone could pass a message on to a Moogle based player please?

I was going to create a character on Moogle to do this my self but the server is currently full.

The players name is Saphiwen Dechimay. She/he was vote kicked from my duty for using the wrong pet. Nothing more. I personally hate when the vote kick system is abused so reported it. I declined the dismiss but the healer must have accepted so she/he was kicked. Upon reporting the incident SE have refused to act as I wasn't the one kicked and they will only look into it if Saphiwen reports this.

She/he may not even care about this but I dislike people abusing this system like this and feel it should be dealt with accordingly or the abuse of it will carry on as SE will never act on it.

Tank initiated an unfair vote dismiss on another player.

Character Name and World (if known): Torin Eichenschild (Shiva Server).
Area where the incident occurred: Copperbell Mines, Low Level Roulette.
Approximate date and time of the incident: 28/11/15 - 17:17 GMT
Detailed description of the incident: Torin Eichenschild initiated a vote kick on another party member as she was using the wrong pet. He used the reasoning as harassment but all he did was ask her to change pet and she didn't reply. She possibly didn't understand as he is German and she was French and I think he used google translate (I don't know her I was matched randomly) her name is Saphiwen Dechimay.

Then a kick was initiated. I declined but the healer must have accepted.

Can someone at least contact the player who was kicked or am I going to have to create a character on Moogle just to try and get them to do this?

You say that abuse of the vote kick will be punished, I'm showing you abuse of your system and you're ignoring it as I wasn't the person kicked but it happened in the dungeon I was in so this is as much my ticket as hers/his. Kicking a player from a dungeon for not playing their class 100% correct is abuse and is unfair. To top it off I was then also kicked as I wouldn't then help them with the dungeon as I won't help people like that out. So the winner in all of this is the one abusing the system while you sit and do nothing. Thanks. Good job.

We are sorry you feel we do not do our job correctly.
While we understand you would like to help another player for being dismissed abusively from a duty, our company policy prevents us from taking action if you were not directly affected by the issue.

The fact that you got your self removed from the duty shortly after cannot be considered a violation since you refused to play your character, which is already a violation of the rules.

We acknowledge your will to help others and do them justice, but you cannot do so by breaking the rules as well.
