The only uses for stacking VIT are things like duo titan runs where you have to survive a Goal crush. And those are just rare fights even if you do them, one standard vit ring will work for that. But in any normal run, you shouldn't be stacking any VIT. You have unlimited HP in the form of heals.

As far as the secondary stats, I don't know, but as I understand they are far less potent in HW than they were in ARR. MND is your most important stat.
