I'd love for this to be understood, as of now with both gathering and crafting you can actually reach a stat cap that removes any increase in progress/quality as well as HQ/Collectability gathering.

I dont really understand the reasoning for this, Love for a dev to explain it to me why if I reach a certain threshold I can no longer get anything higher than that threshold. An example of this would be gathering collectables where right now uoi cannot get more than 116 pnts in collectabilty once you reach the perception cap without using multipliers no matter how high you pump your perception above it. It doesn't seem fair that we have the ability to go full out in stats but make no use of them in return.

Even inc rafting there is actually a point where your progress and quality increases actually cap out regardless of level and stats. Kinda annoying.
