Special Collectable Rotations

Hello Guys,

I've been struggling to find out some answers to the questions that have been on my mind for some time regarding collectables. Before i state my problems, let me give you some insights beforehand.

Level 60 Gatherer(both)
Gathering 722
Perception 742
GP 664

My Farming rotation:
9:00 Chysahl Greens (600GP) - 3 Collect
10:00 Abalathian Mistletoe (400GP) - 2 Collect
11:00 Adamantite Ore (600/550GP) - 3 Collect (skip collectable when cap red scripts)
12:00 Morel (400GP) - 2 Collect
12:00 Abalathian Rocksalt (400GP) - 2 Collect
...
14:00 Cuprite (600GP) - 3 Collect


Back to my original question, the issue i'm having is that sometimes between morel and abalathian rocksalt i do not have enough GP to collect. Since i can't increase my GP-regen and i'm drinking cordials like water i cant work with those either. Question:

Is there any rotation that grants 2 Collectables(450) that requires 400GP or less?
The only one i've been using is:

Discerning Eye
Methodical Appraisal
Discerning Eye
Methodical Appraisal
Methodical Appraisal
(Collect 2, 460 Collectability)

Following Rotations i tested do not work(would have been potential 200GP rota):
Impulsive Appraisal
Discerning Eye/Single Mind
Methodical Appraisal
Discerning Eye
Methodical Appraisal
(446-448 Collectability)

Any Instinctual Rota since they are not reliable.
Do you Guys know anything or do i jsut ahve to icnrease my perception?

Collectability has a cap at 115 for Methodical Appraisal (MA), 172 for MA with Discerning Eye (DE). See this thread for the Perception needed for to hit the caps for each node type, but you look to have hit the caps.

So I think DE MA DE MA MA is as good as you can do without risk.

You could try using a hi cordial, which restores 400 gp instead of the 300 with a normal cordial. They cost 100 blue scrips, so if you get more than 100 scrips from the 2 items, it may be worth it.

wow... rough and tight schedule.

Its possible to get to well over 700 GPs today (including food). You might wish to think about redoing melds to get more GPs. Anything beyond 600 - 650, or for your quickstep 400 - 450 is available for the next node after all.

its interesting to hear that the gathering cap is @ 723 and i'm at 722, didnt found anything usefull though...

hi-cordials are too expensive if my aim is to get more blue scripts.

The schedule is actually even a bit tighter, the complete schedule is actually includes pearl sprouts, darksteel ores and silkworm but any gp is used.

I found my solution, i just start with more GP, i'm using cheap Beef Stew HQ, which provides me with enough GP.

You could try a 600GP rotation that has the possibility of extra collects:

Discerning Eye
Impulsive Appraisal
If Discerning Eye procs => Single Mind (otherwise, Discerning Eye)
Impulsive Appraisal
If Discerning Eye procs => Single Mind (otherwise, Discerning Eye)
Methodical Appraisal

Every time IA causes DE proc, you get an extra collect by using SM. And this rotation is usable on everything you're gathering without the risk of dropping <450.

Note: I tried to figure out if you may already be using this rotation based on your original post, but I'm not sure. If you are already doing this, then I apologize for wasting your time.
