hmmm... that seems really tedious but I can look into it. my question is why is this happening now but not before?Likely need to be looking beyond your localized network. More often then not it winds up being an issue with the ISP(s) your ISP is using for peering/transit to get SE's ISP (or in some cases Sony for the consoles). You will need to be in touch with your ISP's tier 3 support (sometimes referred to as Engineering), as it is an issue deeper into their network than those tier 1 and 2 techs are typically allowed to work.
