    Help been getting error 90002 since launch 3.1 :(

    Hi guys so basically as the title says, I have been getting the error code 90002 and being disconnected every couple of minutes from the server. This has been ongoing ever since 3.1 went live. I checked my isp and went as far to having a Comcast specialist come out to my house and check my connections. everything checked out fine, but I'm still being disconnected from the server. I turned off my firewall, still the same. I even plugged my labtop directly into the modem, still having the same problem. I'm ready to bash my head into a wall at this point lol. I not saying its SE's fault but I have never had this issue until 3.1.

    please help if anyone has any ideas

    Try calling SE's technical support. They may be able to help you with your problem.

    Likely need to be looking beyond your localized network. More often then not it winds up being an issue with the ISP(s) your ISP is using for peering/transit to get SE's ISP (or in some cases Sony for the consoles). You will need to be in touch with your ISP's tier 3 support (sometimes referred to as Engineering), as it is an issue deeper into their network than those tier 1 and 2 techs are typically allowed to work.

    hmmm... that seems really tedious but I can look into it. my question is why is this happening now but not before?

    Why do traffic jams happen on the freeway? Why do flights get delayed/cancelled? Why do lights flicker and you have power outages in foul weather?

    The internet is a complex network of individual networks...each of which can experience a long list of issues from an equally long list of causes.
